Many disorders that adults can suffer in life are not only the heritage of older people. For reasons beyond our control, children can also have them at some point in their childhood. Like stress or even depression, our children can develop anxiety, an evil that must be known first hand to know how to combat it.

Helping them manage their time alone or giving them clues so that they understand that they are not going to be left without support will help curb their anxiety.

- Anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder: Many adults end up having obsessive-compulsive problems due to an issue that makes them repeat things constantly

- Anxiety and social phobia: Having problems at school or adjusting to a group of friends can cause the child to suffer social anxiety and phobia at one point. This means that you can develop fear and tension in a situation with more people that you are not able to control.

- Illness anxiety: Children may have been subjected to some stress process in which they have been ill, and this may have led to anxiety due to the fear of not being healthy.
