Well, for those who like coffee after their meal, we give them a sweet and exquisite hand: a recipe for cheesecake with coffee, that is, dessert and coffee, together !! This cheesecake It is like a traditional and traditional cheesecake, with the difference that it is made from coffee. Follow a very simple and easy-to-make recipe. And like other cheesecakes, there will be nothing left on the plate.
- 250 gr. Maria or other cookies
- 1 cup (small) of concentrated coffee or an instant envelope
- 100 gr. butter or soft margarine
- 250 ml. cream (or heavy cream)
- 100 gr. of sugar
- 300 gr. cheese spread
- 3 sheets of unflavored gelatin (neutral)
- Dulce de leche and chocolate syrup for the coverage.
1- First, prepare the base of the cake. The cookies are crushed well.
2- Mix the crushed cookies with the butter or margarine until a paste is obtained.
3- Cover the cake mold with the dough, pressing well to fit the mold. Take the cake to the fridge and reserve.
4- Moisturize the gelatin sheets with a little water and add them to the previous mixture.
5- In a saucepan, mix the cream or milk cream, the sugar and the cup of coffee. Stir until it starts to boil.
6- Remove the mixture from the heat, let it cool a little and add the hydrated gelatin. Mix and reserve.
7- Add to this mixture the cheese to spread and stir well until you get a paste.
8- Dump the pasta on the base of the cookies
9- Take the cake to the fridge until the filling is set, when it is cold.
